 Model FBL 435 Gilling Machine

FB415,FB426,FB435,FB445 and FB455 threaded-rod gill boxes and FBL415,FBL426,FBL435,FBL445 and FBL455 chain gill boxes are a new generation of high-speed and efficient series gill boxes designed,developed and manu-factured by the DACHENG Textile Machinery Co.,Ltd on its own,on the basis of drawing on the features of the ad-vanced domestic and overseas gill boxes and considering the actual situation of our country. 
 

With the sliver discharging speed reaching up to 150m/min and the front ratch being 28-63mm,FB series threaded-rod gill boxes are applicable to small batch and multi-variety wool fore-spinning process and are used for the pure spinning and spinning of low,medium and high-count imitation wool and fiber.
  With the sliver discharging speed reaching 250m/min and the front ratch being 39-63mm,FBL series chain gill boxes are especially applicable to large batch wool fore-spinning process and are used for the pure spinning and spinning of low,medium and high-count imitation wool and fiber.
