With the sliver discharging speed reaching up to 150m/min and the front ratch being 28-63mm,FX/FZ Series threaded-rod gill boxes are applicable to small batch and multi-variety flax(ramie) short hemp spinning process.
With the sliver discharging speed reaching up to 250m/min and the front ratch being 39-63mm,FXL/FZL series chain gill boxes are applicable to large batch flax(ramie)short hemp spinning process.
Combined comber-FX315(giving-needle 1)-FX325(giving needle 2)-FX256(combing)-FX415(needle 1)-FX426(needle 2,with even-dressing)-FX435(needle 3)-FX445(needle 4)-roving frame with twisting.
Hackling machine-FZ/FZL223(re-cutting-FZ/FZL314-FZ256(combing)-FZ/FZL415-FZ/FZL426-FZ/FZL435-FZ/FZ445FZ473(roving).
Some adjustment is required for ramie technological process;the feed-in rack is slightly different;the needle density is to be decided on in accordance with the requirement of the process.
