FBL415,FBL426,FBL435,FBL445 and FBL455 chain gill boxes are a new generation of high-speed and efficient series gill boxes designed,developed and manu-factured by the DACHENG Textile Machinery Co.,Ltd on its own,on the basis of drawing on the features of the ad-vanced domestic and overseas gill boxes and considering the actual situation of our country.
Use
With the sliver discharging speed reaching 250m/min and the front ratch being 39-63mm,FBL series chain gill boxes are especially applicable to large batch wool fore-spinning process and are used for the pure spinning and spinning of low,medium and high-count imitation wool and fiber.
Characteristics
Model FB473 twistless roving frame makes the canned tops into roving of certain fineness by means of drawing,drawing,drafting and slubbing,with the puality meeting the requirements of the technological process,and the roving is further made into ball tops for the use by worsted spinning frames to imitate twistless roving.
